Refund policy

Lancaster Cosmetics has a strict NO REFUND policy.

If your product comes damaged, you have 48 hours to contact us at and we will review the damage product and make a decision to replace the product for you. All damaged products must be sealed in packaging and never worn. (Due to COVID-19 we are currently not offering any damaged product returns.)
